i have a lexus dealer and i can't seem to get the dimple out of the arm rests on doors of the rx.. Field techs can you help? thanks leatherdan

Are you doing a heat repair using a heat repair product?
If so, you must match the density of the repair compound with the density of the material that is being repaired. Most door panel armrests are harder then the average automobile interior seat panel vinyl. Use our HRC #3 compound which works excellent with this type of repair.

thanks for tip I do a heat repair the vinyl is really thin feels cheap am i filling under and over with this?
